Return Policy 

*WEF 1st June 2023, our returns and exchanges via courier will be charged at $5 for pick up and $6.50 for (to and fro) delivery

  • For local return, there is a period of 7 days from the Shipping Confirmation to request the return to request for store credits which comes with a validity of 180 days.
  • Upon request within 7 days, buyer has additional 3 days (extended) to ensure the return is made within the stipulated timeframe, otherwise we will reject any returns after the stated timeframe
  • For International return, there is a period of 20 days from the Shipping Confirmation to request the return to request for store credits which comes with a validity of 180 days. 
  • For international returns, you will be required to ship us back on your own and bear the shipping cost on your end.

  • Purchases using store credits will not be eligible for any returns, however it's eligible for size exchanges
  • Purchase at 6STYLE studio will be eligible for returns within 3 days from the pruchase date.

    We will honour the return with the following conditions:

1   Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise.

2   The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused with its original tag intact.

3   All orders placed using more than 10% discount code (except for silver and gold members), gift card/certificate(s), store credits and sale items are strictly not eligible for return.

4   No return/ refund for Backorder items you have purchased.

5   No cash refunds as store credits will be issued for returns.

  • You shall bear the full responsibility in making sure items mailed back to 6style headquarters are packed securely and sealed properly. 6style will not be liable for lost mails.


  • Alternatively, you may use our door step pick-up service and it is chargeable at a flat rate of S$5. Below is a quick guide on the process.

2   We will process and reply if you are eligible for the return.

3   We will then schedule the pickup from Monday to Friday, between 9am to 6pm once pickup details and payment have been confirmed.

4   Pack your return item(s) securely into any polymailer/bag and write the tracking number provided to you together with your order number on the polymailer/bag.

5   Pickup driver will print the shipping label upon collection.

6   Return parcel will be delivered to 6style’s headquarters.

  • You may also choose to walk in to return the item at our headquarters located at Kaki Bukit, 4mins walk from Kaki Bukit MRT. What is considered a defect?

Essentially, defect for apparels is when the overall outlook is evidently affected when worn.

1  Minor loose thread is not considered defect as it can be cut off.

2  Minor Small Stains on apparel is not considered defect as it could be washed off with some liquid detergent and water. (this applies to regular and SALE items)

3  Minor Stains in inner lining/areas is not considered defect as it could be washed off with some soap and water.

4  Slight colour difference is not considered defect due to different monitor specs displaying.

5  Placement of prints/ different embroidery/ eyelet patterns is not considered defect due to the nature of mass manufacturing.

6  Dropping of buttons is not considered defect as it can be sewed back on.

7  Loose threads or on the inner side of the item is not considered as a defect as it does not affect the overall appearance of the item

 

Any other defects not listed on the above will be considered as a defect, subjected to our verification.

All the stated above applies strictly to sale items with purchase of more than 20% discount.

 

Defective/ Incorrect Item Received

  • 6style takes pride in our merchandise and they go through strict checks before it is shipped to you.
  • In the case should you receive a defective/incorrect item(s), we sincerely apologize and aim to conduct a 1 to 1 exchange immediately.
  • In any case a defected item is received and the item is out of stock, we will check if it can be fixed on our end by our professional seamstress and will bear the to and fro courier fees on our end.
  • In any case a defected item is received and the item is out of stock and cannot be fixed by our professional seamstress, we will refund via store credits and arrange to collect back. Otherwise, you may also opt for an exchange to another item of same value of higher. (this applies for ALL items that are purchased through SALE)
  • To be eligible for exchange and/ or return, item must be unworn/unused and unscented. All original tags attached and packing must accompany the item(s). Sale item(s) are excluded for exchanges and returns.

2  We will process and reply if you are eligible for the exchange.

3  Once approved by us, we will courier the requested exchanged item to you.

4  When the parcel reaches you, inside the parcel will be the item and an extra polymailer.

5  Kindly insert the item you wish to return and seal is securely.

6  Afterwhich, please email in to notify us you have done so.

7  Pickup driver will be scheduled to pick up and deliver back to our headquarters.
