- For local return, there is a period of 7 days from the day you received the package to request for store credits which comes with a validity of 180 days.

3. Return at our HQ - For International return, there is a period of 20 days from the day you received the package to request for store credits which comes with a validity of 180 days.
- For International return, you will be required to ship us back on your own and bear the shipping cost on your end.
- Purchases using store credits will not be eligible for any returns, however it's eligible for size exchanges.
- Purchases via TIKTOK, we only allow SIZE EXCHANGES and returns will be in the form of STORE CREDITS.
We will honour the return with the following conditions:
a. Proof of purchase is accompanied with the returned merchandise.
b. The merchandise is unworn, unwashed, unused with its original tag intact.
c. All orders placed using more than 15% discount code, gift card/certificate(s), store credits and sale items are strictly not eligible for return.
d. No return/ refund for Backorder items you have purchased.
1. Return Via Door-Step Pick Up Courier
- You may use our door step pick-up service and it is chargable at a flat rate of S$4.00. Below is a quick guide on the process.
a. Email us at contact@6style.co with email subject <Return via 6style Courier – Order #XXXXX> stating the reasons for the return and attachment, if any.
b. We will process and reply if you are eligible for the return.
c. We will then schedule the pickup from Monday to Friday, between 9am to 6pm once pickup details and payment have been confirmed.
d. Pack your return item(s) securely into any polymailer/bag and write the tracking number provided to you together with your order number on the polymailer/bag.
e. Pickup driver will print the shipping label upon collection.
f. Return parcel will be delivered to 6style’s headquarters.
2. Return Via Your Own Method Of Courier
- You may use your own method of courier to ship the items back to us. Full address with directions will be disclosed when you email in for the return process.
- You shall bear the full responsibility in making sure items mailed back to 6style headquarters are packed securely and sealed properly.
- 6style will not be liable for lost mails.

- You may also choose to walk in to return the item at our headquarters located at Kaki Bukit, 5mins walk from Kaki Bukit MRT. Full address with directions will be disclosed when you email in for the return process.

Exchange Policy
- For local exchange, there is a period of 7 days from the day you received the package to request the return to exchange.

- Reservations of sizes/ design prior to the exchange is not available.

h. Once completed, we will courier the item you wish to exchange for to you with a tracking number and inform you via email.
i. You will receive the exchange item.

b. We will process and reply if you are eligible for the exchange.

What is considered a defect?
Essentially, defect for apparels is when the overall outlook is evidently affected when worn.
1. Minor loose thread is not considered defect as it can be cut off.
2. Minor Small Stains on apparel is not considered defect as it could be washed off with some liquid detergent and water. (this applies to regular and SALE items)
3. Minor Stains in inner lining/areas is not considered defect as it could be washed off with some soap and water.
4. Slight colour difference is not considered defect due to different monitor specs displaying.
5. Placement of prints/ different embroidery/ eyelet patterns is not considered defect due to the nature of mass manufacturing.
6. Dropping of buttons is not considered defect as it can be sewed back on.
7. Loose threads or on the inner side of the item is not considered as a defect as it does not affect the overall appearance of the item
Any other defects not listed on the above will be considered as a defect, subjected to our verification.
All the stated above applies strictly to sale items with purchase of more than 15% discount.
Defective/ Incorrect Item Received
- We take pride in our product/ merchandise and they go through strict checks before it is shipped to you.
- In the case should you receive a defective/incorrect item(s), we sincerely apologize and aim to conduct a 1-1 exchange immediately.
- In any case a defected item is received and the item is out-of-stock, we will check if it can be fixed on our end by our professional seamstress and will bear the to and fro courier fees on our end.
- In any case a defected item is received and the item is out-of-stock and cannot be fixed by our professional seamstress, we will refund via store credits and arrange to collect back. Otherwise, you may also opt for an exchange to another item of same value of higher. (this applies for ALL items that are purchased through SALE)
- To be eligible for exchange and/ or return, item must be unworn/unused and unscented. All original tags attached and packing must accompany the item(s).
- We only deal with original buyer and third parties will be rejected.

b. We will process and reply if you are eligible for the exchange.

d. When the parcel reaches you, inside the parcel will be your purchased product and an extra polymailer.
e. Kindly insert the defective product and seal is securely.
f. Afterwhich, please email in to notify us you have done so.
g. Pickup driver will be scheduled to pick up and deliver back to our HQ.
